Beyond Tomorrow Lyrics

All lyrics by Carola Baer

Into The Sun

And into The Sun you go blindly, a fool you are by choice. Can’t tell you more than this because you won’t read or see, shut down this side of you. Or it will tear you up tears at your heart. Share it. Share it. Your lights are blinding, it’s all about the blue sky, there has to be reason, can’t you see beyond tomorrow, can’t you see what’s in front of you. You’re driven to this way, fight it or it takes its toll, the way you do this is never lose your humanity, and what is this, life care dance warmth love light respect. Or it will tear you up tears at the heart.

Man Where’s Your Heart

Somethings need to change we’re going too fast.  Can’t seem to justify the reasons any more.   Pure selfishness keep it all to yourself.  Man where’s your heart Man where’s your heart. I just see you in so many places.  Never never look within. Quick to judge or you’ve just lost your way. You’re speeding out of control.  And you’re crazy to let it go on. Save it while you can, before we fall too deep. Save it while you can, before we loose everything. Why’d you have to take it to this level.  Never bring this to form Don’t you know that it’s a one way ticket to a bad ending You’ll have yourself to blame, is this what you want to say.  What have I done. Man where’s your heart, man where’s your heart. Man

Star on You

Music by Dave Salsbury, Carola Baer, Ian Turner & Adam J Perry

Walk quietly though the shores of the beautiful land, and take just what you need. Walk quietly though the shores of the beautiful land and take just what you need no more, and feel it love it respect it. Head down below you don’t look up, Look up, there’s a Star on you! Seven days several ways to turn your soul around. Seven days several ways to save it to save it.  It’s dark out there, Lend a hand

Break Down

It’s so up to you, my my. Am I a fool or just a passing shadow on your chain. What saddens you your satellite is about to go down I must sigh. No sense to your ambition.  Madman in control.  Whereas I am far from where you choose to go.  Your hand moves, and the essential things become lost. Then you’ll have to choose, are you still sure you’re on the right track.  And in this war, is where I keep getting caught in. When will you be calm. Stay away this break down. It’s so up to you.

Save Me

Save me save me from this man. You hurt me continue to hurt me, you hear me cry don’t come to my side. Tread carefully Tread carefully one day I’ll be gone from beneath you. Save me from this man Save me from this man. Mother forgive me mother forgive me I don’t know why I do this. Something is burning inside That’s telling me I need more. Mother forgive me mother forgive me I don’t know why I do this. You walk across my body Without conscience without no care. Tread carefully Tread carefully One day I’ll be gone from beneath you. Save me from this man Save me from this man. Son son you’re breaking my heart One day I’ll be gone. Son son you’re breaking my heart don’t wait too long. Safeguard your mother and make peace with this ground. Safe guard each other and make peace with this ground.

Dances on Mars

No don’t want to go to no dances on Mars. Old tables turn, old times arise, there’s no remembrance, when there’s no conscious mind. Do I need to take you in my arms and hold you to stop you from bringing us down. People around you care what you do, people around care, people start to care. No Don’t want to go to no dances on Mars, it’s not the same there, there’s no blue skies or waves. Isn’t it time we see it as a rock, one side dark and one green, we can cover it up or we can be free, isn’t it time you used your conscience. Don’t want to go to no dances on Mars, it’s not the same there, there’s no blue skies or waves.

Stonewall

I’m not sure if I can reach into you and bring you close. Can I bring you close. I’m cold, in your hold. The road you’re on serves only one, only some. I hope, I hope that there’s a way I can move you. Just like a miracle, miracle. I find, I don’t know how to choose. I will miss the falling leaves and I don’t want to leave from here. I know it’s a vicious road, a vicious cold that has taken hold of you. You’re like a stone wall, and I can’t move you. Why don’t you put your arms out or down and stay a while, sit a while and breathe, and breathe into your starving heart. Why are you saying we don’t matter? Your agenda, just numbers just numbers. What I’m saying - you need to have more love in your heart. You need to have more love in your heart. You choose to go to where you should not be going. You make deep lines of tears. Some kind of madness has taken hold of you. Don’t be, don’t be a stone wall.

Other Side of you

I wish that I could find the words to bring an end to confusion. I want to find a way I can change, change. Is it as simple as taking hands off, is it as simple as taking hands off.  And go about it in a kind way.  Who are you in my world? Who are you in my world?  Just seconds of time passing endlessly.   Sometimes we know each other and sometimes we feel love, calling to the other side of you. And I see in the mirror I hold you building these walls, I don’t want to see the light go down. I wish that I could find the words to bring an end to confusion.

Mirror of Your Life

I don’t want to pray for another place somewhere else from here. I don’t want to sit quietly turning my hands inside out Thinking what can I do, what can I do. I don’t want to hear all the words you’re saying to me. Look at her face she is beautiful why you say she is something else, Dishonesty distorting the facts. Sadly, things have gone too far, Tell me you’re sane. Walk right back to where you left yourself, The mirror of your life won’t lie. With no black or brown, we fade into pale. With no woman inside, you’re just a machine. With no old or young, memories gone. With rich and poor, we’re divided.  Sadly, things have gone too far. Tell me you’re sane. Walk right back to where you left yourself the mirror of your life won’t lie. So, what will you do tomorrow, Every day’s a new day to change. Don’t let it haunt you. The mirror of your life. Why is it so confusing that I could love them and I don’t want to shut them out, no more walls. Why is it so foreign to you that I see us as one and you don’t, No more wars. Short lived, your wall of fame will crumble, Crimes don’t come with no pain. Don’t let it haunt you. The mirror of your life.

Heavens Angels

Don’t you go walking down this way. I See you walking on the wild side of life and times. Tears Tears.  Golden times should be here, Golden times should be shared By heavens angels. I need you to feel something. I need you to feel something. Long Live the heart, Don’t break it, don’t shake it, Don’t forsake it. Long Live the heart, Pray now Pray now This is what you need to pray for. Tears Tears. Golden times should be here, Golden times should be shared By heavens angels. Long Live the heart, Don’t break it, don’t shake it Don’t forsake it. Long Live the heart Pray now Pray now This is what you need to pray for. Hey you Take your golden sun. Tie it around Life

Save The Day

I don’t want to turn into a machine, I don’t want to live in a virtual world, I don’t want to live in a box, I don’t want to be controlled, don’t control me. You say, you don’t care what happens here. I say you do, it’s just fooling you, it’s not a game, it matters what you do. Because it don’t wash away, don’t wash away, don’t wash away, Save Save the day because there’ll be tomorrow

Dust and Fire

What is this that has gone on forever, do we find what we have always wanted. Or are we led astray by doubt and lies, you see the light in time for you to say. Don’t forsake me, don’t leave me I’m not ready for this change, don’t say you’ll hold me when you won’t hold me, we’re stepping though this door alone. Thrown to the wind, we are forgotten dust and fire with emotions, Who can feel love don’t forget this . Don’t forsake me, don’t leave me I’m not ready for this change, don’t say you’ll hold me when you won’t hold me, we’re stepping though this door alone. Take my hand, and do me no harm.
